Spouse/Guest Registration

Spouse / guest registration is meant to accommodate legal spouses and immediate family members. Attendees from the same organization must register independently.  No exceptions will be made. Spouse / guest designation will be clearly visible on name badge.

Registration Confirmation Information

Online registrants will receive immediate email confirmation.  If registering by form, confirmation will be emailed within 72 hours of receipt of payment.

Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy

Registrations cancelled prior to 5:00pm EST November 6, 2013 are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.  Registrations are non-refundable after 5:00pm EST November 6, 2013. All refund requests must be made in writing and sent via email to meetings@alec.org. Registration fees may be transferred from one registrant to another. Please send a transfer request in writing via email to meetings@alec.org.

Hotel Rates

Single: $289.00 Double: $289.00 Triple: $314.00 Quadruple: $314.00 Room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes (which are currently 14.5%) or applicable service, or hotel specific fees in effect at the Hotel at the time of meeting.

How to make a reservation?

Reservations may be made, modified, or cancelled by individuals online. ALEC attendees may also make reservations by calling Central Reservations at 1-888-421-1442 and referring to the American Legislative Exchange Council, States and Nation’s Policy Summit. Reservations must be made on or before the cut-off date: November 14, 2013.

Housing Cancellation/Refund Information

Credit cards will be charged one night room and tax in the event of a no show or if cancellation occurs within 72 hours prior to arrival.  This includes any reservations that ALEC may have offered on a complimentary basis. All changes and/or cancellations must be made directly with the hotels. Please obtain a cancellation number when your reservation is cancelled.
